Free Exams
A no-obligation hearing evaluation is provided to anyone, and it's completely free. The evaluation includes:
Fiber Optic Video Otoscope Examination

You'll see inside your ear canal on a color monitor. The video otoscope gives us a large, clear view of your ear canal and the ear drum. Your hearing loss could be caused by something as simple as an accumulation of ear wax. Through this quick and painless procedure we can easily determine if there are any obstructions in your canal, or whether there may be middle ear complications like fluid build-up or middle ear infections. If at any time we find a potential problem of the ear, we promptly refer the patient to an appropriate medical care. We continuously receive great reviews from our patients in regards to this procedure, and it is included as part of your free evaluation.
Hearing Evaluation

Our licensed audiologists or hearing aid dispensers will test your hearing in our sound-proof booth using state-of-the-art electronic audiometers. This evaluation tests your ability to hear very faint sounds in a variety of tones, ranging from low pitch (bass) frequencies, all the way to high pitched (treble) frequencies. In addition to that, we also test your speech understanding ability for words presented at normal listening levels.
The combination of the tone / frequency test as well as the word recognition test helps us determine what type, if any, of hearing loss you have. In addition we can determine whether hearing aids will benefit your hearing, and if so, which style of hearing aid would work best for your individual needs.
Home Health Care

There is never a charge for a service call or for your hearing test, even when we come to you. We are happy to see you at a time that is convenient for you. All we need is a quiet room to test in. If you would like to arrange an in-home test, please feel free to call us at 651-436-6002.
