A Lifetime of Services Means Better Hearing for Life

When you work with Affinity Medical Technology, we make a commitment to help you maintain better hearing health for life. To achieve this goal we offer lifetime services on all Affinity Medical Technology products, including unlimited adjustments to all hearing aids purchased from us for as long as you own them. Additionally, there is never a charge for routine performance checks and cleaning.

Affinity Medical Technology Product Warranty

• All hearing aids will be repaired or replaced without charge if failure occurs prior to the warranty expiration date. Warranties are available for one to three years. Many hearing aids come with a standard three year warranty.
• Extended warranties are also available and are an excellent way to protect your investment in better hearing.
• Loss and damage coverage is often included in the purchase price.
• We never charge for modifications necessary to meet changing hearing requirements during the warranty period.
